Our age group teams swam brilliantly at the South East Regional Routine Competition in Crawley last Saturday.

All three teams picked up medals with gold going to the 15-18s, gold to the 13-15s and silver to the under 12s.

Well done to all our swimmers, particularly to those taking part in a routine competition for the first time.
