Training Schedule
We currently run weekly sessions in Portsmouth offering Artistic Swimming to children of all ages and adult sessions.
Our training sessions are held at
Ravelin Sports Centre, Cambridge Road, Portsmouth, PO1 2SE
WEDNESDAYS
5.00pm - 6.30pm Figure Training, Grades & Stamina
SUNDAYS
11.30am - 12.30pm Land Training
12.30pm - 1.30pm Novice Figure and Routine Training
12.30pm - 2.30pm Junior & Masters Stamina and Routine Training
Junior Sessions
Our Junior Sessions are split into Figure and Routine training
Figure Training
Beginners will work towards gaining their Swim England Learn to Swim Levels 8-10 in Artistic swimming.
Once completed swimmers will progress working towards gaining their Figure Grades 1-5. These are assessed regionally at various dates throughout the year. As swimmers progress through their grades, more competitive opportunities become available.
Routine Training
Swimmers have the opportunity to train towards their Routine grades and swim solos, duet and teams.
Grades are required to swim solos and duets competitively, although swimmers of any level are encouraged to swim routines at club displays and club competitions.
Teams are split into age groups, we currently have competitive teams of 12 & under, 13-15, 15 -18.
Adult Sessions
Our adult sessions are a great way to keep fit, meet new people and have have fun!
We have two adult groups, Adults and Masters, which run simultaneously.
ADULT CLASSES
For new adult swimmers. You do not need to be an excellent swimmer, just be water confident and be willing to try something new!
MASTERS CLASSES
For swimmers who have previous synchro experience.
Many of our masters swimmers started Artistics swimming when they were juniors, some have had a break and decided to come back and others have never left.
COMPETITIONS
There is an opportunity for adult and masters swimmers to compete in the annual ASA Masters Championships. We have previously entered both adults and Masters routines with great sucess and it is always a lovely and friendly competition.

TASTER SESSIONS

We welcome swimmers of all levels to join our friendly club, so whether you are new to Artistic Swimming or an experienced swimmer, we be delighted to hear from you.
We run taster sessions at the Ravelin Sports Centre, Portsmouth, PO1 2SE
For Children on Sundays 12.30pm-1.30pm
For Adults on Wednesdays 5.30-6.30pm
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the session to allow time for changing and to complete the necessary paperwork.
Swimmers will need to bring a swimming costume, towel and ideally a swimming hat and goggles. We also advised bringing a sports bottle with a non fizzy drink for poolside. There is a place for spectators on poolside.
